Retail and commercial businesses are first priority in the morning before customers arrive. Apartment Complexes are next while the tenants are at work so that Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC will be able to remove the snow from parking spots. Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC will work with any customer to meet the needs and requirement of the snow removal polices.
Sidewalks are the most important part of the snow removal. Safety is very important to us. We will place ice melt down on the sidewalks as soon as a snow storm starts. Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC can remove the snow from sidewalks even if we have not received two inches of snow based on the customer needs.
After all commercial properties are completed; Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC switches to residential driveways and clears them. Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC focuses on maintenance-free communities.
After a property has been plowed, Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC is committed to keeping the properties safe and will place salt down to prevent and remove any slick spots. Salt is used instead of a salt and sand mixture, so that customer does not have to clean their parking lots in the spring. Brummel Lawn and Landscape LLC will place salt down during ice storms to prevent and remove any ice that may form. Upon the customer's request, snow falls less than two inches can be salted instead of being plowed, to insure the best driving conditions for your customers.
Ice Melt will be placed down on all side walks during ice storms and after Brummel Lawn and Landscape LLC has removed the snow off the walks if it is slick, ice melt will be placed down to prevent any accidents on the walk ways. All ice melt that is used by Brummel Lawn and Landscape LLC is label safe for concrete. Residential customers can request ice melt to be placed on driveway and sidewalks
