Mowing
We pride ourselves on perfectly mowed and trimmed green spaces. We will be there at the same time each and every week, meeting all your wants, needs and desires for a perfect cut lawn. In the spring and fall we also recommend a clean up to remove the leaves and debris for the season.

Lawn Applications
Our basic five step program will give your lawn the look that it deserves. After the first application, Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC will spot spray any weeds that may pop up. Also, a service call for any weeds is done within 24 hours of receiving your call. We recommend, but do not require a grub control. Grub control is expensive, but it will save your lawn from complete destruction. We also offer a winter Lime Application if needed. more about applications >>

Overseeding
The first step is to verti-cut the lawn by removing the thatch and slicing grooves in the soil for better 'seed to soil' contact. In the second step, we mow and bag the lawn to pick up the thatch that was brought up by the verti-cutter, and then we seed the lawn with either blue grass or fescue.

Core Aeration
This is done either in the spring or fall. Core Aeration takes plugs to loosen soil that is full of clay and allows more air to the roots. It also can help reduce the amount of thatch.
